Return conditions

At Hermès Boutique Online, we are committed to guaranteeing your total satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we invite you to return the item to us in accordance with the conditions described below.

You have 30 days from receipt of your order to make a return.

3. Return conditions:

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original labels attached.

Personalized or modified items are not eligible for a return.

Make sure that the items are returned in their original packaging and carefully packed to avoid any damage during transport.

4. Return process:

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

Contact our customer service at the email address info@hermesboutiqueonline.com to obtain a return authorization number (RMA).

Carefully pack the items in their original packaging.

Include the return authorization number on the outside of your package.

Return the items to the address we will provide you when issuing the RMA

    5. Return costs:

    The return costs are generally borne by the customer, unless the item is returned due to an error on our part or if you have received a defective item.

    6. Refund:

    Refunds are processed as soon as we receive and inspect the returned items. The refund will be made according to the payment method used at the time of the initial purchase.
